Fees once paid is non-refundable. However, if anyone is not satisfied with the service he may contact us at tiimarketing@alcindia.org with the valid reason(s). If the request is accepted (to discontinue the service) by ALC India, then the amount (as decided by ALC India) will be credited back to the respective bank account in 20-25 working days.
